3 eggs
19 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12-16 Nilla Wafers
Beat cream cheese adding 1 egg at a time. Add the sugar and vanilla. Place one vanilla wafer at the bottom of each cupcake holder. Add filling. Bake at 350 degree for 35-40 minutes. Makes 12-16 cupcakes.
